- Greater confidence
This is where you'll find the free geometry settings database for the A290.
The A290 has a great chassis, except for steering connection but especially torque steer on throttle. The A290 continues Alpine's curious obsession with high amounts of toe-out on the front axle. Combine this with large wheel offsets and EV torque through a front wheel drive platform and it can have you wrestling with the steering wheel when you accelerate on a bumpy road.
These new settings have been developed and driven for months and months and adjust toe on front and rear axles, accounting for the bumpsteer on both ends. The results are more intuitive steering and far less moving around under acceleration.
Available now as specs for a standard car and for an Eibach lowered.
The file downloads include a comparison to the factory OE settings.
